Thank you for choosing TRBE! Here at TRBE, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience possible, including a clear and transparent shipping policy.
Shipments
We ship to the entire territory of mainland Portugal and the Islands (Madeira and Azores). Shipments to Portugal are made through CTT.
For Spain and other European Union countries, delivery will be carried out by CTT partners in each destination country.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the recipient's location:
- For mainland Portugal, the standard delivery time is up to 7 working days after payment confirmation.
- For the Islands (Madeira and Azores), Spain and other countries of the European Union, the delivery time may vary by up to 10 working days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location. During the purchase process, you will be able to view the exact cost of shipping before finalizing your order.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number of your parcel. This number will allow you to track the status of the shipment directly on the carrier's website.
